This book was the first Kay Arthur study that I have ever done. If followed closely, the reader will have read the book of Daniel many times over during the course of the study. While I don't agree with all of her conclusions, her book provides plenty of good insight into Daniel and his times.
If you are looking for a small group study on Daniel, I would recommend this book, but be warned, the discussion questions for the group are pretty elementary once you have studied the lessons during the week. Granted, I did not have the teacher's guide, which may have been designed to better supplement the material in this book. I wound up spending a lot of time developing a lesson each week.
