| I really enjoyed the discs! I am a big fan of John Maxwell in general. The laws of leadership really can apply to any profession or personally. If you are able to not be a legion in your own mind, you may be able to realize that leadership skills are vital and everyone can benefit from learning all 21 laws. I personally feel I am a good Manager but never viewed myself as a Leader.
