Rarely have I bought a book which immediately ended up in the recycle bin, as this one did. I neither wanted to go through the trouble of returning it to this site, nor did I want to burden my local library with this thoroughly useless book.
The entire book can be boiled down to the following bullet points:
1) Eat your vegetables. 2) Stay away from food that's bad for you. 3) Don't eat too much when you do eat. 4) You should exercise.
